The Liacouras Center is located on the Template University campus in Center City, Philadelphia. The 10,000 seat venue acts as a full entertainment center designed to hold concerts, family shows, live performances, banquets, trade shows, special events, and of course, the Temple Men’s and Women’s Basketball games.
This entertainment center is known as the largest indoor venue opened to the public in all of Philadelphia. With over 340,000 square feet of space, the building has a history of hosting an entire range of special events with the ability to host thousands of visitors at a time.
In addition to the great arena, The Liacouras Center also provides guests with a smaller, more intimate theater called the Esther Boyer Theater that seats up to 1,900 guests at a time. This theater comes show ready and fully equipped with lights, sound systems, and curtains.
